Yes. Many clients come to us with a question rather than a case type. Call or email us, tell us a little about your situation, and we'll work out the right path together.

After your consultation we agree on the scope of work and one fixed legal fee, in writing, before anything begins. The fee does not change while the scope stays the same, and there is no hourly billing on fixed-fee matters.

No. Government fees are set by the agency, change from time to time, and are paid directly to it. We list them separately so you always see exactly where your money goes. Current amounts are published at uscis.gov/fees.

Yes, for immigration matters. Immigration law is federal, and we serve clients in all 50 states by phone, video and secure document sharing. Family-law matters are handled in New York.

You'll receive a clear checklist at the start and an explanation, in plain language, each time the agency sends a notice or your case moves forward.

Your passport or ID, any immigration documents or notices you have received, and a short timeline of your story. If you don't have everything, come anyway; we'll tell you what to gather.
